The “Illusion of Inclusion”

The Illusion of Inclusion is a 2 hour program that indulges participants into the pitfalls of current and oftentimes failed diversity policy that has in essence become more exclusive by nature than originally intended.  As a result, participants learn strategies to move beyond simple diversity and more towards building environments that are inclusive and ones that value all peoples in your organization.  The program comes with a short 7 page color guide book that participants use when they enter breakout sessions to begin developing an inclusive environment.  This program is suited for managers at all levels, Equal Opportunity practitioners that are assisting leaders in the development of their diversity programs, and anyone else interested in making their workplace, the best place to live and work in America.

"Can You Hear Me Now"

For the first time in history, 4 different generations are working in the same workplace.  This phenomena is causing workplace conflict previously unrecognized.  Understanding how each generation communicates and what their workplace expectations are, is a must for employees at every level. This 2 hour program immerses participants into the inner workings of each generation using icebreakers and activities designed to enhance our understanding and develop strategies for creating a generational synergistic organizational culture.  
"Cultural Passport"

The Cultural Passport Program can be designed to meet the needs of the customer.  Using the small group process, icebreakers and activities, participants will have the opportunity to learn about a myriad of topics that affect Cross Cultural Communications in the workplace.  Customers can pick and choose from the following menu and create their own seminar:

  • Meyer-Briggs Type Indicator (The impact of personality on organizational effectiveness)
  • Cultural Competency (Developing a business/government case for understanding other cultures)
  • Socialization (Understanding how our past influences have shaped the way we behave now)
