Mr. Keith Arachikavitz is owner of Impact Training & Development, LLC serving as a consulting business including custom-designed programs focusing on dignity and respect, diversity and inclusion, leadership development coaching/mentoring, conflict resolution, and team building training.
Keith has served in a myriad of senior level governmental positions to include Instructor and Facilitator at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in Cocoa Beach Florida, Special Staff to the Commander in Chief, United States Southern Command in Miami Florida, and Chair, Diversity Council for Mission and Unmanned Systems at Lockheed Martin Corp., Riviera, Beach Florida.
Perhaps best known for his Coaching, Facilitating, and Training capabilities, Keith injects frankness and humor into his training methodology to invigorate the adult learning process thereby energizing organizations from the inside out. He believes that organizations must dig deeper than the surface to address systemic issues that decrease effectiveness. Keith has created several workshops that specifically address current issues and trends.
Keith effectively blends his experience as a military Equal Opportunity Advisor/Instructor, Motivational Speaker for Monster.com, and Doctoral studies in Organizational Psychology to provide highly effective training programs.
Keith is a United States Army Retired MSG with over 22 years of service.
