New for 2010...Mentoring Workshop

Synopsis:
Mentoring, both formal and informal are perhaps the most widely underutilized tools that organizations have available to bolster effectiveness and capitalize on all of its existing diversity.  One of the main reasons for this dilemma is the lack of knowledge and skills to be an effective mentor and mentee.  This workshop helps to create an environment for mentorship and increase an organization's use of existing diversity...mentoring creates opportunities for everyone!
